Professor Wei Xu is Director of the State Key Laboratory of High-Density Electromagnetic Energy and Power Systems in Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has mainly focused on the developments of high-density electrical machines and drives. He has firstly proposed the unequal amplitude vector theory and significantly improved the traction capacity and energy efficiency of electrical machines and systems. He has served as General Chairs for international conferences three times, and internationally Steering Committee Member for LDIA, and Associate Editor of IEEE TIE and IEEE TPEL. His academic works have been cited over 13,000 times by statistics of Google Scholar with H-index 58. He has been awarded as an IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, IEEE IES Distinguished Lecturer, Elsevier China Highly Cited Scholar, etc.

Prof. Jiantao Chang

Professor Jiantao Chang is a PhD supervisor and Master’s supervisor, Recipient of the Shaanxi Provincial Distinguished Young Scholars Fund. He serves as a Principal Investigator (PI) at the National Key Laboratory of Electromechanical Integrated Manufacturing of High-Performance Electronic Equipment, and Director of Shaanxi Engineering Research Center for Electronic Manufacturing Quality Big Data. He is a member of the Industrial Big Data and Intelligent Systems Committee of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society and the Standardization Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation. He has been honored as Zhenjiang Innovation & Entrepreneurship Talent of Jiangsu Province and “Enterprise Digital Transformation Specialist” of Shaanxi Province. His research focuses on intelligent and digital manufacturing, industrial AI big data and large models, industrial digital twins and intelligent systems. He explores theories, develops technologies and promotes applications covering the full lifecycle of high-performance electronic equipment, IC equipment, high-end CNC equipment and production lines. His achievements include one Second Prize of Henan Science and Technology Progress Award and one First Prize of Shaanxi Computer Society Science and Technology Progress Award. He has published over 30 SCI/EI papers, applied for and obtained more than 30 invention patents and over 10 software copyrights. He leads more than 10 research projects including National Key R&D Program, General Program of NSFC, National Science and Technology Major Project (04 Special Project), National Industrial Internet Project, Shaanxi Major Science and Technology Project, Shaanxi Key R&D Program and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, plus over 10 industry-university-research cooperation projects. He participates in multiple national and provincial projects and over 10 transverse research projects. He co-compiled four national and industrial standards and acts as associate editor of the 14th Five-Year textbookIndustrial Internet Technology and Applications.
